Where we send people
- Malaysia
- India
- Singapore
- Thailand
- Indonesia
- Maldives
These six are where we do the most work and where we know the requirements properly. If you are travelling somewhere else, ask — we will either help or tell you honestly that you would be better served by a specialist.
Why files get refused
In our experience, very few refusals are because someone was a genuinely unsuitable traveller. Most are because of something mundane: a bank statement that does not support the stated trip, an employment letter that contradicts the application form, photographs at the wrong specification, a booking that was never confirmed, or gaps that the applicant could easily have explained but did not.
A visa officer has a few minutes and a pile of files. Yours needs to answer their questions before they are asked. That is the work we actually do, and it is why we would rather delay a submission by a week than send in something incomplete.
We do not guarantee visas, and nobody can. The decision rests with the embassy or high commission. Any agent who promises approval is either misleading you or planning something you do not want to be part of. What we promise is a complete, honest, well-prepared file — and a straight assessment of your chances before you spend money.
What we do for you
An honest first assessment
We look at your situation — purpose of travel, employment, finances, travel history — and tell you where you stand before you have spent anything.
A written checklist
Specific to your destination and your circumstances. Not a generic list off the internet.
Document preparation and review
We check every document for consistency and completeness, and help you fix what is weak before it goes anywhere.
Application and submission
Forms completed correctly, appointments booked, fees paid, submission made, and progress tracked.
The trip itself
Flights, hotels, airport transfers and a day-by-day itinerary — as much or as little as you want.
Destination notes
Requirements change frequently, sometimes at short notice. What follows is general orientation, not a substitute for the checklist we will give you.
| Destination | Popular for | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|
| Malaysia | Work, study, family visits, tourism | Our busiest destination. Financial documentation is examined closely, so prepare it carefully. |
| India | Medical treatment, tourism, pilgrimage, family | Applications go through the Indian Visa Application Centre network. Medical travel needs hospital documentation. |
| Singapore | Business, medical, transit, tourism | Applications for Bangladeshi nationals are made through authorised channels rather than directly. |
| Thailand | Tourism, medical, business | Popular for medical travel as well as holidays. Book early for the peak season. |
| Indonesia | Tourism, business | Bali and Jakarta are the usual routes. Entry arrangements have changed more than once in recent years, so check with us. |
| Maldives | Honeymoon, holiday | Straightforward entry for most travellers, but resort and transfer booking is where the money is won or lost. |
Trips we put together often
- Medical travel to India, Thailand and Singapore, coordinated around appointment dates, with the accompanying attendant’s travel arranged alongside the patient’s.
- Honeymoons to the Maldives, Bali and Thailand.
- Family holidays to Malaysia and Singapore, planned around what will actually work with children.
- Business trips, including buying visits to suppliers — which pairs neatly with our sourcing division.
- Inbound visits for people coming to Bangladesh, with transport, accommodation and an itinerary arranged.
Travelling from Kushtia
Nearly all international departures leave from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka. That means a road journey at the start of every trip, and it is worth planning properly rather than leaving to chance. We arrange the airport transfer on our own private cars, timed against your check-in, so the first leg of the holiday is not the stressful part.
